With over 30 years of medical experience and my current role as an NHS Consultant in Emergency Medicine, I bring a holistic and patient-centered approach to healthcare. My wide-ranging experience across medical and surgical specialties enables me to address not just physical concerns, but also psychological and psychiatric aspects of care. I always consider the best options for my patients, even if that means recommending no treatment at all when it’s not in their best interest.
Aesthetic medicine is a true passion of mine, and my artistic hobbies—portrait photography and sculpture—have helped refine my aesthetic perception. This allows me to create natural, subtle results that reflect my ethos: the goal is for you to look and feel like a healthier, more refreshed version of yourself, without it being obvious that you’ve had any work done. I know that one of the greatest apprehensions people have is the fear of looking “overdone,” and I make it my priority to avoid that at all costs.
For the past 17 years, I’ve been practicing aesthetic medicine alongside my wife, Sue, and together we’ve built our approach on the principles of medical law and ethics, on patient safety and on natural results. We’ve always refused to follow trends that create exaggerated or unnatural looks. Instead, our focus is on regenerative medicine, helping you age gracefully and naturally.
In addition to my practice, I’m also proud to be a teacher for Galderma, the manufacturer of the industry-leading Restylane brand. Sharing my expertise with other practitioners is something I’m deeply passionate about.
Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help you look and feel like the best version of yourself. I believe in the philosophy that “less is more,” and I want you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and completely you.

RGN, BSc (Hons), MA, Dip Comm Nursing, Nurse Prescriber, PgDip Aesthetic Medicine.
Hello, my name is Sue Baines. I qualified as a Registered Nurse 1991. My Nursing career started in the Regional Plastic Surgery Unit in Chepstow and this is where my general interest in skin health began.
In 1998, I became a Macmillan Palliative Nurse Specialist working in hospice, acute hospital and community settings. When we moved to Somerset I began working as a Specialist Community Nurse at St Margaret’s Hospice.
I retired from the NHS in January 2024 and an now work solely in the clinic as a Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about education and am a life long learner. I have successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Aesthetic which supports my clinical skills.
My areas of particular interest are teenage and adult acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea and nutrition for skin health.
In addition to skin regenerative procedures such as Polynucleotides Radiofrequency Microneedling and resurfacing therapies using Tixel, I perform Hydrafacials for skin health and injectable treatments to rejuvenate skin.
I look forward to welcoming you to the clinic.

Restylane
Increase Radiance & Hydration of Your Skin with Restylane Skinboosters

Restylane Skinboosters progressively improve the skin’s structure and elasticity through deep skin hydration. The result: visibly improved skin condition that looks healthy and naturally radiant
PhilArt
Injectable polynucleotides stimulate fibroblastic activity increasing collagen production resulting in:
Promotion of hydration
Helping to restore a smoother, firmer texture of the skin
Scar improvement
This can be used in any area to improve skin quality without volumization.
– Particularly useful in the eye and perioral areas.
– Also for hair stimulation and targeting areas of trauma and scarring.
Sunekos
Sunekos works differently to hyaluronic-acid based dermal fillers. Containing a mixture of amino acids, it targets the skin’s extracellular matrix to stimulate new elastin and collagen production.
The result is a very natural strengthening and tightening of the skin without volumization, ideal for very natural results in areas that may be sensitive to water retention associated with other treatments. It can be used anywhere, even on the whole face to give a revitalized glow. It is also excellent for under-eye support where volume isn’t desired. There is usually a minimal downtime of 1 day.
Platelet Rich Plasma
Plate Rich Plasma (PRP) also known as ACP Autologous Conditional Plasma is a procedure of injecting a concentration of a patient’s own blood plasm.
Platelets release over 30 bioactive proteins and growth factors that enhance tissue regeneration and healing. PRP has been well-established and clinically validated for skin rejuvenation, alopecia, fine lines and wrinkles, and the reduction of scarring.
